Prototype for the Very Stable Table made with materials from Central Station. It’s part of the Deelhout project by Stichting Treehouse. They’re two brand new guys specialised in getting designers involved with construction sites. More on it later. Today we were visited by Parfum de BoemBoem while working on a sunday afternoon. In the summertime.

Swanmarketstand was cool. You can take that literally. Like sub-zero. But our new line of safety jewelry from post-crash-materials caught some attention.

someone got screwed_necklace

In the “Who coined value” series, products search the tipping point between perceived and objective value. The raw materials for this necklace were once essential parts of a construction. Somehow, they got detached on the street, their context was lost and thus they were rendered useless. In a new setting, their combined force creates a new, aesthetic context in which they represent value once more. Local Dutch production; pendants, shape and delivery time always different.

Material: Metal elements, rope.
Price: €150,- exc. BTW

pieces of money_bracelet

In the “Who coined value” series, products search the tipping point between perceived and objective value. For the production of this bracelet many coins were destroyed by accident, as this is an illegal activity otherwise. Their value is disconnected from inflation and re-established with your perception. Pictures show a Turkish prototype. Local Dutch production is copper coloured.

Material: Small change, chain, silver weld.
Price: €250,- exc. BTW
